60-Minute Initial Intake
This is the opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to learn about what exactly it is that is bringing you to therapy. I will ask questions to learn about your past, what is happening in the present, and where you want your future to take you. We will establish goals which will serve as an anchor for every session. This makes sure we are heading in the right direction and are tracking progress. During this time, we will also establish a schedule for how often we will meet, this is usually once per week or bi-weekly.

50-Minute Individual Session
This is where the work happens. During our time together, we will explore what has been getting in the way of your goals and how to develop skills and insights to have the life you’ve always wanted.
Reduced fees and services
I offer limited reduced rate individual sessions. Let’s talk further to see if I have the ability to meet your needs. If I am unable to, I am happy to provide you with referrals.
If requested, I will provide a free 15 minute phone consult prior to the initial intake session. Making sure we are a good team is extremely important for the foundation of successful therapy.
I currently am only in-network with Highmark BlueCross BlueShield and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, otherwise I am considered an “out-of-network” provider. Payment will be due at the time of session. I will provide you with documentation, called a Superbill, so you are able to submit this to your insurance, if you have out-of-network benefits.
Questions to ask your Insurance Provider:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
Do I have a deductible? What is my deductible? Has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval or prior authorization required from my primary care physician or by the therapist
Cancellation Policy
